The location is a stone’s throw from Hoan Kiem Lake, making it a breeze to explore the Old Quarter. The breakfast offerings were delightful, with fresh local options and tasty Western favorites to accommodate everyone's palate.

Dampness.

The room was comfy, but I found a cockroach in the bathroom.

The room was spacious and clean with a bathtub, providing a welcoming spot to unwind after exploring. Staff like Cuong at daytime reception were incredibly helpful, assisting with bookings and local guidance. The food at the restaurant was a highlight, with a delicious breakfast selection and great dinner options. It’s worth mentioning the slight dampness in the room and the bathroom plumbing issues that caused noise at night. Despite being located on a busy street, the hotel maintained a quiet atmosphere after hours, allowing for a restful night. It was a pleasant stay, thanks to the friendly staff and tasty food, but a little attention to room maintenance would elevate the experience further.

i loved my stay at holiday suites hotel & spa! the room was super comfy and clean, and we slept really well coz it was quiet at night despite the busy street. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make us feel at home. breakfast was delicious with lots of options, and we enjoyed the food so much we ended up eating there two nights in a row! location was perfect, walking distance to many cool sights in hanoi.

the only downside was that the bathroom had a bit of dampness, and we noticed some poor ventilation in the room. also, the elevator was a bit slow.

Excellent for a couple's retreat

We got upgraded to a bigger room when we checked in! The atmosphere was quiet despite being on a busy street, and we enjoyed a beautiful, delicious breakfast every morning that made our days start right.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but still reasonable for what you get.

The staff provided exceptional service, helping organize our tours to Halong Bay and Sapa seamlessly. the lack of breakfast variety was noticeable, likely due to low occupancy during our visit. Security was a concern, as windows couldn't be secured properly, and I experienced intermittent hot water during my stay. Despite this, the comfortable bed made for a restful night.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a spa & wellness center. On my first stay, the staff helped me find great dining places, making my experience memorable. I highly recommend enjoying a full body massage! I'm coming back for a romantic escape.

Had an amazing group trip! The hotel is just a 5-minute drive from the Hanoi Opera House and a quick walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. The staff were super friendly and really helped us with local tours and food spots. We enjoyed delicious meals at the hotel too, definitely a great choice for anyone visiting.

Great spot for exploring

We had a super spacious room with a nice tub, perfect for relaxing after long day outings. Plus, the location was ace, loads of food and shops just a stroll away! Staff were really helpful, especially one guy at the desk who helped us with everything. Only bummer was the breakfast—could've used more variety.

There were some noticeable downsides. The hotel showed signs of wear and tear—everything felt a bit old, and I could detect an odd smell in the room. a couple of minor inconveniences arose, such as the occasional dampness and a feeling that cleanliness could use more attention. On one occasion, we also dealt with a peculiar situation where we were nudged to tip cleaners for a room change, which was quite unusual.
